Guest search and book accommodation online
Guests fill in the online booking form to receive an accommodation quote; which includes their contact details, dates of stay, number of beds, number of adults and children, and animal species they would like to hunt.
They may also submit a personal message or request.
Confirm booking
An automatic e-mail will be sent to the Jaglekker admin team, to confirm the availability of the dates. The hunting camp must confirm availability, and send a quote.
Guests pay deposit fee
Guests pay 50% deposit through a secure EFT payment.
The quote has a limited validity period – so indicated to the customer.
Share contact details
Once a booking’s payment has been completed, JagLekker sends an email and SMS confirmation, as well as all contact details to both the guest and the hunting camp so that they personally can stay in touch.
Jaglekker pays hunting camp
JagLekker.co.za pays the guest’s deposit (minus a 15% transaction handling fee, VAT excluded) over to the hunting camp – usually within three working days.
Outstanding payment
Jaglekker requests the outstanding 50% payment, a month prior to the booking (see T’s & C’s).
The same process is followed.
