GET MAXIMUM EXPOSURE
Guest search and book accommodation online
Guests fill in the online booking form to receive an accommodation quote; which includes their contact details, dates of stay, number of beds, number of adults and children, and animal species they would like to hunt.
They may also submit a personal message or request.
Confirm booking
An automatic e-mail will be sent to the Jaglekker admin team, to confirm the availability of the dates. The hunting camp must confirm availability, and send a quote.
Guests pay deposit fee
Guests pay 50% deposit through a secure EFT payment.
The quote has a limited validity period – so indicated to the customer.
Share contact details
Once a booking’s payment has been completed, JagLekker sends an email and SMS confirmation, as well as all contact details to both the guest and the hunting camp so that they personally can stay in touch.
Jaglekker pays hunting camp
JagLekker.co.za pays the guest’s deposit (minus a 15% transaction handling fee, VAT excluded) over to the hunting camp – usually within three working days.
Outstanding payment
Jaglekker requests the outstanding 50% payment, a month prior to the booking (see T’s & C’s).
The same process is followed.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
JagLekker charges a 15% (excluding VAT) transaction fee for guest accommodation bookings. This handling fee is recovered from the hunting camps, it is only calculated on the accommodation and not the total amount including extra activities and the cost of animals.
All booking requests are send via email to you directly.
You invoice according to the details provided to you by Jaglekker. Jaglekker will then send the invoice to the client and handle the payment.
Payments for animals will be calculated at checkout from your stay and is not handled by Jaglekker, but by the hunting camps.

We have a team of designers who maintain our listings. You can contact us to update your profile, special offers, rates, photos, descriptions and many more or update it yourself, via your dashboard. Note that every Hunting Camp must make sure their reservations are correct and up-to-date.
