A few important guidelines for a safe and memorable Sundara experience:
1 Ethical hunt and safety
2 Smoking prohibited in field and in rooms
3 No alcohol before or during hunt
4 Wounded animal not found will be charged at full price
5 Total account settlement paid before departure
6 Breakage to be settled in full
7 Hunting method: As discussed
8 Accommodation: Maximum 8 persons (includes linen and towel use)
9 Catering on request
10 Every guest must sign indemnity form
BOOKING DEPOSIT
Deposit of 50% (non-refundable) of day fee or accommodation fee of booking must be paid to secure booking; balance to
